The AllPhysiology Method™
Powered by Integrum
Human physiology was never designed to be treated in pieces.
Pain influences sleep.
Sleep influences recovery.
Recovery influences exercise.
Exercise influences mood.
Mood influences behaviour.
Behaviour shapes long-term health.
Yet most approaches to health and performance still focus on isolated symptoms, body parts, or short-term goals.
At Integrum, we believe that people do not struggle because they lack discipline, motivation, or willpower. More often, they struggle because their physiological systems are operating under mismatched demands, insufficient recovery, persistent stress, fragmented support, or reduced capacity.
The AllPhysiology Method™ was developed around a different philosophy.
Rather than asking:
“What is wrong with this person?”
We ask:
What is limiting this person’s capacity to adapt, recover and thrive?
The AllPhysiology Method™ is a fitness-forward, physiology-led framework that integrates modern exercise science, sleep physiology, recovery strategies, nutrition principles, behavioural psychology, pain science and lifestyle factors into a single, personalised system.
Fitness, within this model, is not viewed simply as aesthetics or athletic performance.
It is viewed as the key that unlocks the entry to move confidently, recover efficiently, think clearly, sleep deeply, tolerate stress, and participate fully in life without constantly feeling depleted.
In that way, improving physical capacity can positively influence pain sensitivity, sleep quality, metabolic health, cognition, mood, resilience, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
This approach is rooted in deep biopsychosocial components of human physiology.:
- Biological factors such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, recovery, breathing and physical conditioning
- Psychological aspects including beliefs, motivation, emotional wellbeing, expectations and behaviour.
- Social influences such as work demands, family responsibilities, relationships, environment, culture and life circumstances.
Integrum applies the AllPhysiology Method™ through four adaptive phases:
Regulate → Restore → Perform → Sustain
These phases are not rigid steps.
People may move between them throughout different seasons of life.
The role of Integrum is to identify where someone currently sits, understand what their physiology requires, and provide the appropriate guidance to increase their capacity progressively.
Regulate
Reconnect with your body
When pain persists, sleep deteriorates, stress accumulates, injuries occur or routines disappear, performance is rarely the priority.
Safety is.
Confidence is.
Consistency is.
This phase focuses on rebuilding foundational capacity through education, movement exposure, improved sleep behaviours, nervous system regulation, routine creation and progressive tolerance to physical activity.
The objective is simple:
To help people move away from survival mode and rediscover possibility.
Rebuild
Create internal balance
As foundational knowledge and capacity build, attention shifts towards improving communication between physiological systems.
Restore focuses on sleep optimisation, recovery strategies, breathing habits, nutritional adequacy, movement quality and the reduction of compensatory physical and behavioural patterns. It creates the stability required before meaningful progression can occur.
Sleep becomes deeper.
Energy becomes more stable.
Recovery improves.
Stress becomes easier to manage.
Perform
Expand your capacity
Performance is not reserved for athletes. Performance means having the ability to do more while feeling better.
This phase develops strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, work capacity, stress resilience and physical confidence. Fitness becomes more than the final goal, it becomes a freedom pathway.
To train.
To travel.
To work.
To play.
To compete.
To explore.
To live fully.
Sustain
Build a body that supports your life
Physiology does not stop adapting once goals are achieved.
Bodies age.
Careers evolve.
Families grow.
Stress fluctuates.
Life changes.
Sustain focuses on creating long-term habits, self-regulation skills, adaptable routines and confidence in managing one’s own physiology.
Because true health is not found in a twelve-week challenge.
It is found in a body and mind capable of responding to change.
